  1. আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদত্ত পণ্যের তথ্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে সঠিক নাও হতে পারে কারণ এটি ইন্টারনেটের বিভিন্ন উৎস থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়। যদিও আমরা সম্ভাব্য সর্বাধিক আপ-টু-ডেট তথ্য প্রদান করার চেষ্টা করি, আমরা এর যথার্থতার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না। আপনি যেকোনো পণ্য ব্যবহার করার আগে সর্বদা পণ্যের লেবেল, সতর্কতা এবং নির্দেশাবলী পড়ে নিন।
  2. আমাদের কোন রিটার্ন অথবা এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি নেই।
  3. আপনি যদি প্রোডাক্ট এর কোয়ালিটি সম্পর্কে সন্দিহান থাকেন তাহলে আপনাকে আমাদের অফিসে এসে প্রোডাক্ট দেখে ক্রয় করার অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে। 
  4. আমাদের বেশিরভাগ প্রোডাক্টটি (DIY)-Do it Yourself প্রোডাক্ট। যা বেশিরভাগ সময় প্রোগ্রামিং, সোল্ডারিং এবং ইলেকট্রিক সংযোগ করা লাগে। তাই এসব প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি দেয়া হয় না। অর্ডার করার সময় এই শর্ত মেনে নিয়েই আপনাকে অর্ডার দিতে হবে। 
  5. কেনার পরে প্রোডাক্টটি নষ্ট অথবা কাজ করে না এই ধরণের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। আর এই সব প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে আমরা বাহিরের সাপ্লিয়ারের কাছ থেকে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি পাই না। সুতরাং এই শর্ত মেনে আপনাকে কিনতে হবে। 
  6. ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য ফেরত যোগ্য অথবা পরিবর্তন যোগ্য নয়।
  7. একটি খুব সাধারণ ইলেকট্রিক সংযোগে ভুল অথবা ইনভার্স পোলারিটি (পাওয়ার সংযোগ উল্টা) করলে একটি ডিভাইস খুব সহজেই নষ্ট হয়ে যেতে পারে।  তাই এগুলো কানেক্ট করার সময় খুব সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে।
  8. কোনো প্রোডাক্টের প্রোগ্রামিং,সফটওয়্যার,ড্রাইভার ইত্যাদি যে কোনো টেকনিক্যাল কাজ অথবা সম্যসা কাস্টমারকে নিজেই সমাধান করতে হবে। কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সার্ভিস দরকার হলে তার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই আলাদা ভাবে পেমেন্ট করতে হবে। 
  9. আমাদের পণ্যের মূল্য বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়া পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।
  10. আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল অথবা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি।
  11. কোনো প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করলে তা আপনার জন্য সর্বোচ্চ ১ দিন পর্যন্ত আমরা রাখবো এর মধ্যে আপনাকে পেমেন্ট করে কন্ফার্ম করতে হবে। 
  12. ঢাকার ভিতরের অর্ডার গুলো বিকাল ৩:৩০ এর আগে করলে পাঠাও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ১-২ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেয়া হয়। *ঢাকার বাহিরের প্রোডাক্ট গুলো সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দেয়া হয় যা ২-৩ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। *কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের নিজস্ব কোনো সমস্যা এর জন্য অথবা আপনি ফোন রিসিভ না করলে উক্ত সময় থেকে বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। এরকম অনাকাঙ্খিত দেরির জন্য RoboticsBD কোনো ক্রমেই দায়ী নয়। 
  13. কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ডেলিভারি এর জন্য আমরা কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কাছে আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নম্বর এই তথ্যগুলো শেয়ার করে থাকি। 
  14. ঢাকা বাহিরের অর্ডার গুলো সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। *ঢাকা মেট্রো এর ভিতর আপনি হোম ডেলিভারি পাবেন। 
  15. ঢাকার বাহিরে কাস্টমার এর অর্ডার এর জন্য ২০০ টাকা আগে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। (এই ২০০ টাকা প্যাকেজ পাঠানোর সময় মোট বিল থেকে বাদ হবে)  
  16. ঢাকার বাহিরে কন্ডিশনাল পেমেন্ট এর জন্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস প্রদত্ত চার্জ মোট বিলের সাথে যুক্ত হবে। (হাজারে ১০ টাকা)
  17. আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করার পর আমরা আপনাকে অর্ডার তথ্য বা আপডেট সম্বলিত ইমেইল ও মোবাইলে মেসেজ পাঠানো হবে এবং অর্ডার কমপ্লিট হবার পরে প্রোডাক্ট রিভিউ করার জন্য ইমেইলে দুটি ও মোবাইলে দুটি মেসেজ পাঠানো হবে । আপনাদের রিভিউগুলো আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এবং ভবিষ্যতে আপনার রিভিউ অন্যদের প্রোডাক্ট কেনার ব্যাপারে সহায়তা করবে। 

Section 1 - The product information provided on our website may not be entirely accurate as it is collected from various sources on the web. While we strive to provide the most up-to-date information possible, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. We recommend that you always read the product labels, warnings, and directions before using any product. 

Section 2 - While we generally do not accept returns for any reason after purchase, we understand that things happen, and we're happy to consider requests for returns on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been programmed, changed, or otherwise affected. 

Section 3 - If you have any uncertainty or lack confidence about the quality of the product, we kindly request you to come to our office and buy the product. 

Section 4 - We sell DIY products that require programming, soldering, and electrical connections, so we do not offer a warranty for these items. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. 

Section 5 - We cannot accept complaints regarding non-functional or defective products after purchase, as we do not receive any warranty from external suppliers. 

Section 6 - Please note that all purchased items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Section 7 - When connecting your devices, please exercise caution as mistakes in electrical connections or reverse polarity can easily cause damage. 

Section 8 - If you experience any technical issues, such as programming problems, software, or drivers, we ask that you resolve them on your own. Technical service is available, but it must be paid for separately. 

Section 9 - Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

Section 10 - We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. 

Section 11 - We'll hold your ordered product for a maximum of one day, and you must confirm payment within that time. 

Section 12 - For deliveries within Dhaka City, we use Pathao courier service and deliveries may take 1-2 days. For deliveries outside of Dhaka, we use Sundarbans courier service and deliveries may take 2-3 days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service. 

Section 13 - To facilitate delivery, we'll share your name, address, and phone number with the courier. 

Section 14 - If you're outside of Dhaka, you'll need to pick up your order from the Sundarban Courier Service office. Home delivery is only available within the Dhaka metro city. 

Section 15 - For orders outside of Dhaka, you'll need to pay an advance of BDT 200, which will be deducted from your total invoice when the package is sent. 

Section 16 - If you choose to pay outside of Dhaka, additional charges of BDT 1 for each hundred will be charged by Sundarban

Section 17 - After you've placed your order, we'll send you an email and mobile message with order information and updates. Once your order is completed, we'll send you two emails and two mobile messages asking for your product review. Your feedback is important to us and helps others make informed purchasing decisions in the future. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Section 1 - Accuracy of information on the site

We strive to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all the information provided, as errors may occur due to various factors, including but not limited to, technical issues, human error, or changes in the products or services offered. Therefore, we advise customers to verify the information on our website before making any decisions based on it. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on the website and to modify the information at any time without prior notice.

Section 2 - Returns and Refunds

At RoboticsBD, we understand that sometimes you may have concerns about the products you purchase from us. While our policy is generally to not accept returns, we do consider requests for returns on a case-by-case basis. This means that each request for a return is evaluated individually and a decision is made based on the specific circumstances of the situation. However, please note that acceptance of returns is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of RoboticsBD.

Section 3 - In-Person Product Purchase

We understand that you may have some concerns about the quality of our product. In order to address any uncertainties or lack of confidence you may have, we kindly request that you visit our office and purchase the product in person. This will give you the opportunity to inspect the product and ask any questions you may have about its quality or performance. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our product. Therefore, we encourage you to take advantage of this option if you have any doubts about the product's quality.

Section 4 - Warranty for DIY Products

RoboticsBD does not offer any guarantee or promise of repair or replacement for DIY products. Customers who purchase these products are responsible for any issues or defects that may arise

We understand that this may be a concern for some customers, but please keep in mind that the assembly, programming, and electrical connection of these products are critical steps that require a certain level of technical expertise. Any damage caused by incorrect assembly or programming, or errors in electrical connection, may render the product non-functional. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the product description and technical specifications before placing your order to ensure that the product is suitable for your intended use and that you have the necessary skills to assemble and program it correctly.

Section 5 - Non-Functional or Defective Products

We do our best to ensure that all products are in good working order before they leave our warehouse. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot guarantee that they will work perfectly for everyone, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise after purchase.

If you are unsure about how to use or install a product, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified professional before making a purchase. This can help ensure that you select the right product for your needs and that you are able to use it safely and effectively.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason, including if we suspect that a product has been tampered with or misused in any way. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact our customer service team before making a purchase.

Section 6 - Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the nature of our products, which are mainly DIY products that require modification, we cannot offer a return policy. Please note that these products can be subject to misuse, tampering, static discharge, accidents, water or fire damage, use of chemicals, or being soldered or altered in any way, which can affect their functionality. For this reason, we consider most of our products as non-refundable and non-exchangeable items. We encourage our customers to exercise caution when handling and modifying these products, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages or malfunctions that may occur due to improper use or handling.

Section 7 - Caution when Connecting Devices

Before making any connections, ensure that the device is turned off and unplugged from any power source. Double-check that the wires are connected to the correct terminals and that the polarity is correct. Mistakes in electrical connections, such as reversing the polarity, can easily cause damage to the device or even pose a risk of fire or electrical shock. Always use appropriate tools and equipment when making connections and avoid using damaged or worn-out components. If you're unsure about the connection process or if you notice any unusual behavior, consult a qualified professional.

Section 8 - Technical Issues and Services

We understand that technical issues may arise when using our products, and we want to provide the best support possible. However, please note that our technical service is not included in the purchase price, and must be paid for separately. We ask that you try to resolve any programming, software, or driver issues on your own before seeking our technical support. If you do require technical support, please contact us to arrange payment and schedule a support session. Our team will do their best to assist you with any technical issues, but we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to resolve all issues.

Section 9 - Modification of Service / Product / Price

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service / Product / Price without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service / Product / Price

Section 10 - Order Limitations and Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Section 11 - Confirmation of Payment

We understand the importance of timely processing and delivery of your order. To ensure a seamless experience for all our customers, we have a maximum holding time of one day for your ordered product. We kindly request that you confirm payment within this time frame. Failure to confirm payment may result in your order being canceled, and the product being made available for other customers to purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Section 12  - Delivery and Courier Services

We utilize Pathao courier service for deliveries within Dhaka City, which typically takes 1-2 days for delivery. For deliveries outside of Dhaka, we rely on Sundarbans courier service, and the delivery time may take 2-3 days. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier service.It also includes a disclaimer that the company is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

Section 13 - Sharing Customer Information

This statement indicates that the company will share the customer's personal information, such as their name, address, and phone number, with the courier service to facilitate the delivery of their order. This information is necessary for the courier to locate and deliver the package to the correct recipient. The company assures customers that their personal information will only be used for the purpose of delivering their order and will not be shared with any third parties for other purposes.

Section 14 - Pick Up and Home Delivery

If you reside outside of Dhaka and place an order with us, please note that you will need to collect your order from the nearest Sundarban Courier Service office. We do not offer home delivery for orders outside the Dhaka metro city. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend that you verify the location of the nearest office before placing your order.

Section 15 - Advance Payment for Orders Outside Dhaka

Requiring an advance payment can help ensure that customers are serious about their order and reduces the likelihood of cancellations or change of mind. Additionally, it can help cover the cost of shipping and handling, as well as provide some protection for the seller in case the buyer fails to pay the full amount due.

We implement this policy for the safety of your package during transit and to reduce the chances of cancellation in your order.

Section 16 - Additional Charges for Conditional Payment

Please note that for cash on delivery orders outside of Dhaka, Sundarban courier may charge a fee of BDT 1 for every hundred BDT. It is important to keep in mind that this fee is charged by Sundarban courier and we, as the seller, have no control over this amount. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind before making your payment.

Section 17 - Order Information and Updates

After you've placed your order, we'll send you an email and mobile message with order information and updates. Once your order is completed, we'll send you two emails and two mobile messages asking for your product review. Your feedback is important to us and helps others make informed purchasing decisions in the future.

Section 18 - Inappropriate Material

We do not allow the use of our services to display or distribute any inappropriate material, including but not limited to, material that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes illegal activities. We reserve the right to take down any content or material that we deem inappropriate or offensive. We may also report any such content to the relevant authorities. By using our services, you agree to not use them for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes. You indemnify us against any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of your violation of this provision.

Section 19 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboticsBD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or in any way related to your use of the website or services provided by [company name], your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
